What another solid weekend of racing and training. We saw improvement in everyone's skiing. Don't lose sight that ski racing is a cruel sport. In a slalom course, if there are 55 gates, you have 55 chances to make a mistake, recover, and make a good turn. Even though there are times your results may not be what you want, remember all the GOOD things you do! You can check out both Saturdays race video and Sunday training on Sprongo.
This weekend there is a lot of activity at Stratton. We not only have our Vermont Cup GS race on Sunday, there also will be some athletes participating in the FIS Development Series Races. Good luck to all athletes!
For the Sunday VC GS please make sure you are at mid-mountain at 8:35am. The lifts open at 8:30am with registration beginning at 7:15am.
Friday: GS Training (Please RSVP by Wednesday on the RSVP Form!)
Saturday: GS Training
Sunday: RACE DAY!!
One last reminder.....make sure you equipment is race ready every day. Training is more effective and fun with properly tuned skis.
See everyone this weekend
