Our dedicated staff will work with your child to create a goal-oriented, skill-based progression that will take them from building block basics to a sharpening of the competitive edge and achieving the highest level of athletic development.

AGES 5-18 | NOVICE TO EXPERT SNOWBOARDERS

Our dedicated staff will work with your child to create a goal oriented, skill based progression that can take them from building block basics to a sharpening of the competitive edge. Programming includes everything from improving fundamental skills to advanced park riding, steeps and trees, bumps and race development. Mountain Riders covers all the bases, providing the total package in snowboard programming.

Times: 8:30am to 3pm (Lunch Break 11:30am to 12:30pm)

Comp Team
MOUNTAIN RIDERS TRAVEL TEAM
AGES 8-18 | SNOWBOARD COMPETITION PROGRAM

Program participants will train with top level coaches in an effort to achieve the highest level of athletic progression in relation to specific competition goals and film projects. Training will include terrain-park, half-pipe, boarder-cross and race activity, in accordance with our athletes’ event schedule. Competition will include regional events within the USASA Southern Vermont Series along with any additional events deemed appropriate by the coaching staff and management team. Additional travel expenses, membership dues and event fees will be required.

Times: 8:30am to 3pm (Lunch Break 11:30am to 12:30pm)

Mountain Riders & Comp Team Programs run every Saturday & Sunday from December 1, 2018 to March 24, 2019. Except December 25 & January 1. We also run on select holiday dates: December 24, 26-31. January 21. February 18 & 22.

Our daily schedule:
8:25am     Meet in front of the Mountain Sports School- Look for Snowboard Flag
8:30am     Groups depart for morning riding
11:30am   Break for lunch - Pick up participants outside Mountain Sports School
12:25pm   Meet at Snowboard Flag in front of the Mountain Sports School
12:30pm   Groups depart for afternoon riding
3:00pm     End of the Day - Pick up participants at Mountain Sports School

COMP TEAM is also Riding Every Friday starting Dec. 7. Please share your intention to train on friday by the end of the previous weekend in order to schedule staff. Friday Training at Stratton is 9:00-2:30 with 11:30 break for lunch.
